Ordering How Do I Order A Gift Basket? You can order online at More-Gifts.com Gift Baskets 24 hours a day – 7 days a week, or send an e-mail to admin@more-gifts.com, or call customer service at 740-531-3445 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST, or by fax at 1-650-729-6498 use pin# 7896.

Can I Specify A Gift Card Message? Yes, during the checkout process, you will be prompted to write your gift message in an area called "Gift Message".
Will Standard Products Be Substituted? More-Gifts.com reserves the right to substitute items in baskets. Our policy is to substitute items only if the item is out of stock. We make every effort to substitute the item with a like item (i.e. a cookie with a cookie), and ensure that the item being substituted is of equal or GREATER value.
What Are The Hours Of Operation? Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day –7 days a week.
Can I Return A Gift Basket? Yes - if for any reason, you or your recipient is not 100% satisfied with the gift basket, you may call customer service at 740-531-3445 or email admin@more-gifts.com to request a return.
We will manage the return at no cost to you through our Shipping Partner. In most cases, you will only need to repack the gift basket back in the box that it came in and leave it outside your door. Our Shipping Partner (US or FedEx) will come by within 24-48 hours of the request to pick up the basket and will redeliver it back to our warehouse location. Once we receive the basket, you will be issued a full credit, or you will have received a replacement if you have chosen to select a different basket or a new basket.
